15 Minute Guided Meditation Flow

For anyone that needs a Fresh Start. For everyone who wants to put energy where it’s useful.   It's hard to find a decent meditation routine so I'm going to share mine with you. It’s the one that has helped me most to recalibrate over the past few years.   You can do this meditation flow either when you wake up in the morning Or during the last hour before you are going to bed.   It is preferred that you do this meditation laid down with your head tilted back. Although, you can also do it sitting.   This meditation can be done with or without people in the room.   Make sure you are in a peaceful and safe place away from noise. Practices make progress, do this daily practice morning and night and you will eventually learn the power of Zen. Living with gratitude is key to maintaining serenity.
