The ceiling that most realtors place on themselves is posting “generic real estate” information, when they should be selecting a local niche angle for content that answers “YES” to the question “Can I be the best content creator in this space?”

This can be posting about a very specific neighborhood/city and focusing all your efforts on being the premier source of content for that part of town, or talking about sustainable living in your city, or local sports, or anything else that you feel you can become THE BEST content creator for!

Hope this helps. This one I feel very passionately about because MOST realtors can use this upgrade.
