I haven’t had to worry about an interview in many years now. I’ve been at the same school for six years and although I thought about leaving, I never actually took the time to apply and interview at various schools. Well, this year is different. I have been in the classroom for a total of seven years and I’m looking for change. I’m looking to get out of the classroom and into an admin role within a preschool. 

So far, I’ve had three interviews. The first being my worst. I didn’t prepare for it at all and when I was asked questions, I got flustered. Not only that, I didn’t write down any questions I wanted to ask the person who was interviewing so I got flustered then too. They didn’t offer me the job I had applied for. They asked if I wanted a teaching position instead.
