Grace Budd was the first known victim of serial killer Albert Fish, but his arrest in relation to that would unravel a whole world of horror. Francis McDonnell & Billy Gaffney were unfortunately known victims of Albert Fish, with many more suspected as he exploited those in the margins of society. He tortured and allegedly ate his victims and was electrocuted on 16th January 1936 at Sing Sing prison.
