"I don't have time." I hear this a lot when I talk with people on social media or in person. They always use time as an excuse. They use their lack of time to push back their goals and before they know it days, weeks, or years have passed.
There are 168 hours in the week.
24 hours in a day.
On average we should be exercising for 150 minutes (minimum) to 300 minutes a week.
For 150 minutes a week that is essentially 25 minutes a day.
For 300 minutes a week that is essentially 1 hour a day.
There is no reason you cannot make time to fit self-care into your day.
Compartmentalize and prioritize your goals.
Plan your days around your goals, do not plan your goals around your day.
