Have you noticed comments or names people have said to you that could be related to ADHD? Hopefully that's still not the case, but it's interesting to think about the names we were called or the comments that were made, many times about things that were beyond our control. If anything, maybe this can help us recognize when we are doing the best that we can, and give ourselves grace when maybe others aren't.
