From Military to Civilian Life
Bill spent a number of years in the military. He was highly motivated and happy that he served his country.

He transitioned into the private sector and has now spent three years of studying new media. He wanted to find a better way to do real estate.
Eyes on a New Horizon
When Bill returned from service, he thought about rebuilding real estate companies. But he did not end up doing it. He dove into the new online media instead.
“When you go away and return five years later, you just see things in a different way.” – Bill Conrad
It was challenging for him especially in the beginning. He found it difficult to monetize and monitor. It required him to be creative and enabled him to see its opportunities.
Necessities in Achieving Goals
Bill emphasizes the need to focus. He encourages people to do one thing and do it well. That requires planning to keep you on track.
“Spend 80% of your time doing that one thing to get it through.” – Bill Conrad
According to him, setting on a new pursuit also requires money. You need it to get coaching and training. That way, you can get where you want to be.
