What do you do when everything on your never-ending to-do list seems important? There just isn’t enough time in the day to get it all done. But it’s all important and you don’t want to drop the ball on anything. My clients often talk about their struggle with prioritizing. After digging in, sometimes we discover it’s a time management issue, other times they are not sure how to make the decision on what task is the most important.
