Kicking 2017 off with another $15k used car challenge! This time I start off with a bunch of vehicles that would be fitting for our current Canadian climate - for once, a manual transmission wasn't mandatory, but AWD was. The BRZ's are coming, the BRZ's are coming! That's right, I'm finally starting to see the BRZ and FRS creep into this sub-$15k category - and everyone should be excited about that.
