Here are the themes that are emerging in the Sacred Herbalism Conversation:
1) Sacred Herbalism is a method for cultural repair
2) Plants are collaborators, not commodities
3) Plants have an intelligence and an awareness that we can communicate with and hear through deep listening.
4) Many of us are seeking healing beyond the physical; plants can help us not only heal trauma but support the healing of soul wounds through their deeper lessons.
5) This conversation is often happening at the edge of language; since many of these ideas do not easily belong in our culture, holding them and exploring them requires creative 're-languaging'
