Happiness in Progress

#151 Dealing with Triggers & the Subconscious feat. Ryan Haddon

Listen Later

"I am my own solution." - Ryan Haddon

In this powerful episode about dealing with triggers and connecting with your subconscious, you will hear from Ryan Haddon. She is a certified life and spiritual coach, hypnotherapist and meditation teacher.

Ryan does private workshops and is the in-house Life Coach at Kourtney Kardashian's website Poosh. Ryan worked for Good Morning America, The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, Extra! and Court TV before working at a film production company.

While living in Hollywood, Ryan realized she had been looking for happiness in all the wrong places. On her path of healing, she sought out mentors, healers, spiritualists and a tribe of people to learn and grow alongside.

In this conversation, you will hear about how Ryan has a different approach to triggers. How she says they can be gifts and what we can learn fro them.

You'll also learn: - how your solution is already within you - what self hypnosis is and how to put it into practice - why bringing the subconscious into the conscious matters - how to recognize unconscious beliefs about yourself and the world
