Today we have Rhode Island's own, pizza artist Eric John. His family's D. Palmieri's Bakery has been in the family since way back in 1905 and is truly an American story. Always thriving, even a fire couldn't keep the family business out of business. Always loving comedy and music, it was almost accidental Eric discovering his passion for making pizza art. What started as a making some America Flag pizzas on July 4th led to a whole new endeavor.
