Today we have content creator, cohost of the Sibling Revelry show, Michigan’s own, Douglas Burke. If you recognize that last name it's because my last guest was his brother, Paul. We talk his time in Florida and his passion for reading and comic books. Unfortunately Doug has his demons with substances, but I’m happy to report he's clean and healthy and doing great these days. In this inspirational story, we explore themes of family, friends, and Jeff, the comic book store guy who introduced Doug to comic books, sparking his love for reading and fueling his imagination. x.com/douglasisadope, peoplewelovepodcast.com, instagram.com/peoplewelovepodcast, instagram.com/adamchoit, twitter.com/adamchoit
Graphic design student, veteran, and content creator, Paul Burke is a dude who has lived what he calls a Forest Gumpian life. Although he’s always really called the Upper Peninsula of Michigan home, he’s traveled and spent time pretty much all over the world, a lot due to his time in the service. This is an epic episode that covers a lot, including religion, entrepreneurial ventures, friends, the time he briefed President Obama, and his Sibling Revelry podcast with his brother Doug. And course we talk content creator and Twitter / X influencer, Forest Mommy and his special friendship with her as her producer. x.com/Sib_Rev/, instagram.com/peoplewelovepodcast, instagram.com/adamchoit, twitter.com/adamchoit, peoplewelovepodcast.com
Consultant and entrepreneur, Robert Lo is originally from Hong Kong then moved with his family to California early on in his childhood. We talk family, his sister Mary’s influence, and his journey from a kid who could barely speak the English language to a well rounded athlete and academic. Robert explains the consulting world to me, but also tells me all about his latest venture, Alset, an exciting app / platform for bartering and exchanging goods and services, originally first inspired by Nikola Tesla, who revolutionized the world with his pioneering contributions to electricity. Long Island, NY’s own Angelo Veltri grew up a Yankees fan and baseball was a big part of Angelo’s life. His parents Arlene and Peter were both dedicated police officers and loving parents. Angelo’s journey has led him from an interest in law, to helicopter school, and eventually to a career in politics – first with Young Americans for Liberty and now with National Association for Gun Rights. He also founded Save Long Island, a pro liberty organization created to defend the Constitutional rights of his community.

Today we have Hacienda Heights, California’s own, comedian Bert Hung. Having worn many hats in his life and reasonable newer to stand up, Bert tells me all about growing up as the middle child to immigrant parents and not really fitting in so great with American culture nor Asian “fobby” culture either. Growing up there was tennis and Chinese chess, but also Ren and Stimpy and South Park and eventually he discovered Russell Peters, as well as someone who’s influenced pretty much everyone speaking into a microphone on a podcast. Of course that’s the one and only Joe Rogan. instagram.com/berthungcomedy/, instagram.com/peoplewelovepodcast, instagram.com/adamchoit, twitter.com/adamchoit, peoplewelovepodcast.com

Today we have Rhode Island’s own, pizza artist Eric John. His family’s D. Palmieri’s Bakery has been in the family since way back in 1905 and is truly an American story. Always thriving, even a fire couldn’t keep the family business out of business. Always loving comedy and music, it was almost accidental Eric discovering his passion for making pizza art. What started as a making some America Flag pizzas on July 4th led to a whole new endeavor. We talk family, we talk comedy, we talk pizza, we talk his George Carlin pizza. https://twitter.com/EricJohnArt, instagram.com/peoplewelovepodcast, instagram.com/adamchoit, twitter.com/adamchoit, peoplewelovepodcast.com
Today we have Northeast Ohio’s own, Alice Always from the Put a Fork In It show with her husband, Adam, and the Scissor Me Timbers show with Jessica Fenske aka Forest Mommy, both on YouTube / Rumble. From a large family with four siblings in some ways Alice really did have two childhoods, with the latter version being much more challenging into her teens as her dad fell ill with Multiple sclerosis -- and she herself was the very unfortunate victim of abuse. But Alice’s story is an inspiring one of perseverance, and she tells me all about her siblings and her own kids, but also all about her loving parents, Mary and Frank. https://twitter.com/AliceAlways911, instagram.com/peoplewelovepodcast, instagram.com/adamchoit, twitter.com/adamchoit, peoplewelovepodcast.com
