In November 2025, the New York Times ran a piece (and a podcast episode) that was first titled, "Did Women Ruin the Workplace?" We've wanted to talk about this topic for a few months now, so we're diving into the back story of how this topic went viral and what people have been saying about it. We're also sharing three ways women should ruin the workplace - for the better.
In truth, most will argue that women changed the workplace for the better by pushing for fairness, inclusion, and exposing toxic work cultures and outdated structures and methods (built for men) that no longer work, not ruined it.
We agree. Women leaders bring unique skills to the table and they should be given a seat at it. Listen in for our tips on how you can ruin the workplace (for better), Ladies!
