In todays episode we visit the family of bakers at Pan D´or  to hear what goes into their incredible artistry that has the whole island talking and people driving from miles around to get the last loaf.  It has been a slightly rocky road to where they are now, but one that has been full of passion, comitment, love and learnings and even after working some seriously long hours that go against the very grain of the way most people on the island live, they are loving the journey.
