There’s some debate about how I first came across The Psychotic Reactions. As I remember it, Producer Rod and I were driving back from a wedding, heading north on the 5, passing the San Onofre boobs (Google it), when one of their songs came on. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Their sound gives me hints of 110 Pod alums The Hags and Leah Lou & the 2 Left Shoes. For this episode, I’m featuring the title track from their 2025 album Don’t Take My Side, but don’t stop there. Their last two albums were on heavy rotation for me, and their whole discography is well worth diving into.
