I'll tell you this: Failure is not an end state, it is an event that precedes success. Failure teaches us lessons. If you already knew the lesson- you wouldn’t be failing. People’s ego causes them to hide behind their success and hide their failure to avoid embarrassment.

Don’t be that person.
