Using willpower around food can be exhausting. When we have those urges to eat in a way that isn't helpful for our goals, our inclination is to fight against it in the name of "staying on track." But in this episode I illustrate why willpower is not required to stick to your goals. In fact, not only is it not required, there is a much easier way to go about it.
