Inspired by her journey to wellness, she founded Nutrition by Lizzy in 2017 to help clients rebel against the diet industry and achieve sustainable long-term health and wellness using a combination of nutrition, movement, and mindset.
Lizzy shares her journey of recovering from an eating disorder to rediscovering compassion and unconditional love for her body. We also talk about how to use our love languages to improve our relationships with ourselves and what we can do to silence that “inner mean girl” and rewrite our stories.
