You are not self-loving if you are being nice to yourself one day in a week. Self-love is average through time. The most important relationship that you will ever have is whit yourself. Tips on how to build your self-esteem:
-hold your word to yourself. When you say that you are going to do something and you don't do it you feel bad about yourself.
-isolate yourself from people that make you feel bad about yourself. That always points out the mistakes that you made and things like that.
-say to yourself kind words like "even that I made mistakes I am worth it."
