Spring is almost here and that means that Summer is on its way, and while I'm beyond excited for my favorite season, I'll admit it can also stir up some old thoughts and feelings. You see, like many of us, I've been influenced by society's unrealistic standards of beauty and fitness.
Despite years of personal growth and self-love, those pesky thoughts sometimes sneak back in. Just the other day, I caught myself thinking, "Summer's coming – time to tighten up."
Ugh, I cringed even as the words formed in my mind. But it got me thinking – how can we shift this mindset?
That's where the Positively Me Challenge comes in. I’m inviting you to focus on the habits and positive practices that will actually help you feel happier and more confident, and not just running to the latest trick to help you lose those last 10 lbs.
