I had the most incredible conversation with Dr. Ben Edwards on this week's Connect My Brain podcast, and I'm still buzzing from everything we discussed! As a chiropractor, I've always believed in the body's innate wisdom to heal itself, but hearing Dr. Edwards' transformation from conventional MD to holistic practitioner was absolutely fascinating.

Dr. Edwards shared his eye-opening journey – how he went from seeing 50 patients a day in seven-minute visits, treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals, to discovering that the body can actually heal itself when given the right inputs. His story started with a simple question from an elderly patient: "Why are you just treating my symptoms instead of fixing the root cause?"
