Uri Levine has started multiple companies. The important tip that he gave is that idea is just 10% of the effort, the other 90% is the execution. The next tip is about firing people. If someone is bad for jor company it is better to get them out. Â They don't think that they are good for this company and that is why they are not giving their 100%. Our mind is more than a million years old and it has predesigned thinking. We all have stupid thots but the thots that can hurt us are the ones that we believe.
