Jenny Fleiss says that it is very important to be optimistic. Even when she is hiring new people she asks people if they are optimistic. She has startups and she said that it is almost impossible to be successful if you are not optimistic. She had very little chance of succeeding because she was renting clothes and you have to pay the shipping both ways. If the person does not buy the things that he ordered then she even loses the money.
