  • Write copy like you're talking to a friend, not a business.
  • Blend your personal story into your brand, making it heartfelt. Make sure to include the highs and the lows. Give them a peek into your everyday life. (behind-the-scenes)
  • Ask your audience genuine questions to learn more about them.
  • When your audience engages, give them more of that!
