Psychologist and neuroscientist Dr. Nim Tottenham is an expert on brain development, emotional behavior, and the role that early experiences have on the construction of the brain. In this clip, she explains that when you as the parent create a safe and healthy attachment with your kids now, that allows for security, confidence, and independence later in life.
