A man with no history of violence commits a particularly brutal murder.

It was what he stole from the victim that proved to be his undoing.

His attention to detail meant the police were able to gather a lot of evidence from his own electronic devices but didn’t go as far as disposing of only half of the murder weapon.

But why?  Was it a foul mouth rejection when asking for advice?  Or was it hatred and resentment of someone succeeding when he couldn’t?
