159 Lane Beene Air Force Fighter Pilot and Real Estate Investor
Lane Beene
Lane Beene is an Air Force Reserve Fighter Pilot and real estate entrepreneur based in Crowley TX. Listen in as Lane talks about serving his country full-time while investing in real estate and planning for his future.
Career in the Air Force
Lane hails from Texas. He entered the US Airforce Academy after graduating from high school. That was where he played football and served as the team captain.
“I knew right then that was what I was going to do. My job flying is really what I love.” – Lane Beene
He eventually went on active duty and was stationed in many different locations in the US as a pilot. In 2001, he joined the Air Force Reserve in his hometown.
On Active Duty
Lane shares how fortunate he was to be with good leaders in the Air Force. He is now serving full time in the Air Force Reserve.
“Recognize the fantastic opportunities that are in front of us. Even with the challenges, we thrive in a nation of abundance.” – Lane Beene
He flies two to three times a week and deploys to everywhere they are called to. Outside of that, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Life in Transition
Lane served in the military for 26 years. As his retirement drew closer, he prepared hard to be able to continue doing the things he loved.
“Loving people through housing, making, providing them a nice place to live at an affordable cost. Everybody needs that.” – Lane Beene
For 15 years now, he’s been working in the real estate industry. It started with his desire to build his own house. He eventually received a couple of projects until it grew into a large portfolio.
