Whether there was a huge bust up or some good old fashioned ghosting, breaking up with a friend can be devastating – and can still haunt us years later. And while some friendships really do need to be kicked to the curb, are we doing enough to salvage those that matter?
We’re joined by Aminatou Sow, who co-hosts the hugely popular Call Your Girlfriend podcast, with her long-term, long-distance friend Ann Friedman. They’ve also written a new book called Big Friendship. Also joining us on the podcast is Dr Miriam Kirmayer, a clinical therapist specialising in friendship, who is a big believer in quality over quantity when it comes to platonic relationships.
