Today I am solo and diving deep into the transformative power of pleasure, joy, and happiness. I'm excited to share my insights with you today and help you bring awareness to how you're living your life RIGHT NOW!
When you invite in more pleasure, fullness, and joy into your life, you not only make things more fun for yourself and those around you, but you also speed up the manifestation of your desires. And the best part is, you're no longer relying on external circumstances to feel a certain way.
Pleasure and happiness are states of being, feelings of joy that you can tap into at any time you choose, not just when you get or have what you want.
I believe that pleasure, happiness, joy, and any other states can naturally occur when you get what you want, but it's important to remember that they're not the only ways to experience those emotions. External circumstances become what we think a source of pleasure is, so we easily start to chase them. However, capitalism and patriarchy thrive off of us living this way and disconnecting from our own power of generating pleasure. They keep us working harder and consuming more, all with the hope that pleasure will be found eventually.
In this episode I tell you ways you can you integrate all of this and bring your new understanding of pleasure into your everyday life, instead of just living to wait for your creations to arrive, live to create intentional and beautiful memories in each moment.
