Using the menstrual cycle as a healing tool is often the biggest thing that is overlooked in the trauma healing world. Trauma is stored in the body, and the menstrual cycle is a tool that can help us reconnect to ourselves.

In this episode of Wombspace, I'm sharing how you can use the phases of your menstrual cycle to facilitate your trauma healing journey. I’m going to be diving into how trauma can show up in each phase of your cycle and what your body may ask you to process in each phase.
