Coach Sigi & Phoebe share their personal journey with healing and self-development.  

Sigi shares early memories and particular woundings around her hardships as a younger girl. This lead her on a curious path to understand herself using astrology and spirituality. In recent years, Sigi’s found herself deeply involved in Human Design and shares positive stories on the benefits of Acupuncture for mental health. Phoebe discusses early memories working with clinical psychologists, Hypnotherapists and Time Line Therapy. She shares her current processes such as shadow work and parts therapy. 

The last quarter of the chat she shares her experience of the first time she sat in ceremony with Ayahuasca.
