I hope that in this episode you take away some practical things you can begin doing today to get you on track to either preventing these things as best you can or reversing some things you are experiencing. 

My goal is to always educate you on open your eyes to more natural and holistic approaches so that you can really get to the root of the issue and not have to rely on medications for the rest of your life, which really just put a band aid on what's going on. Use this information as you want and make your best educated decision.
