Hey guys!

Today I pop in to share with you about my learning more about the Enneagram and relationships and how I know it'll help me be a better life coach. I share some of what I've learned and give you some insight into how diving into the Enneagram has been absolutely life changing. It is a growth tool that will (if you let it) enable you to have better relationships with those around you. I am OBSESSED with the Enneagram and will talk all the day long about it. I see where it has played a huge part in my life, without me knowing it, and learning what my shadow parts are and how I can be healthier now that I have a better idea on my inner workings. It has also shown me parts of others and how they have shown up according to their enneagram. Talk about eye opening. 

This Enneagram tool......It is WORK. It can and will get ugly and uncomfortable to face those denied, repressed and unconscious autopilot parts. But at the same time, holding space for accountability, having an open heart and the willingness to be teachable will take you a very long ways. And if you ever want to talk about the Enneagram, I am your girl!
