I interview one of my good friends Mia Sebrook who is the illustrator behind the logo for the podcast!

We talk about her experiences of moving down to Brighton for university and why she has made the choice to return to London. Brighton student lifestyle can be overwhelming as the drinking culture is so normalised downhere. We also touch on different aspects of mental health and how it can be affected by the non stop partying that is the bread and butter of this city. Also with us, being the best boy ever, was Mia's beautiful dog, Pluto!
