Nichole Harrop's journey to leadership was a rocky one.  This led her to branch out into becoming a women’s leadership coach.  Her goal is to help women get promoted at work and avoid so many of the struggles she encountered along the way. She wants to see more women in leadership roles and hopes to be an inspiration to help them get there.
