16. Opening the Mail Meditation

I often get lots of junk mail and always just chuck it in the recycling bin. But when I slow down even for just a few seconds then my experience gets better. I am calmer. I don't hate the mail. I just accept that people want me to pay attention to something. Then I respectfully say no thank you and gently put the mail in the recycling bin.
Please give it a try. It will only extend your experience a few minutes.
