We're four therapists practising Reflexology, Bowen Therapy and Reiki who come together each week to talk about what life is like being a holistic therapist - the ups, the downs, the highs and the lows! 

This week we continue with last weeks theme which was all about how hard it can be to set up your own holistic therapy business. We start by talking about money and why setting realistic financial targets is important, and end up talking about how important it us to know why you’ve become a therapist, the important role time has to play as a resource in your business, and why confidence, hard work and determination are key to growing your therapy business the way you want to.
