This week in a very different type of episode. Jack ventures on his lonesome down to the most southern point of Australia to chat with nipaluna/Hobart group Smug Anime Face. Jack believes them to be one of Australia's most exciting heavy acts, if not the most exciting heavy act in the country.

Amongst many other things, Cam and Jack share important Australian math-rock lore, Axel shares guitar secrets, Sean shares how he got the gig, Jack writes a song about Susan Boyle and Piers Morgan in love and pre-emptively asks the band to praise it before it's written.
