This year in business my focus is on growth &  systems (to enable me to grow & leverage) So I thought I would  kickstart the year with an episode on why I believe implementing systems  from day 1 is so important to your business success.

Systems give you freedom as they enable you to do all of the following:

1. You can leverage your time

2. It is never faster for you to do it

3. Better to have 10 people each earning you $10 than you earning $100

4. Allows you to spend time Planning rather than doing all the time'

5. Time to create new opportunities, sell, grow your business

6. time for you personally, otherwise working 10- 12 hours a day

7. Avoid overwhelm, burnout, forgetting things

8. gives you ability to train someone else to do the job
