Thought work often leads to powerful transformation. We are often so anxious to get to a new thought, but in this episode I want to sit with the power that comes from simply becoming aware of the thoughts that cause our suffering.

In this episode, I refer to Byron Katie's work about questioning your thoughts. But before you can question them, you've got to know what they are.

In my experience becoming aware is 80% of the work to be done. Once you are aware, the rest is pretty simple.
