On December 28, 2010 a 16-year-old high school senior was in Baltimore, Maryland visiting her half-sister for the holidays when she disappeared without a trace. After an extensive search, media coverage, billboards and a $36,000 reward there were still no answers until sadly, her body was discovered floating in a river nearly four months later on April 20, 2011. A man was arrested and charged but after three trials and seven long years he was eventually acquitted, leaving her family devastated that justice may never be served.

This is the story of Phylicia Barnes.
