How can you banish your momentary stress and anxiety? Start by practicing gratitude!

You can’t feel sadness and disappointment around the past or future when you feel grateful.

Not only does gratitude gives you confidence to reflect on your achievements, it opens you up to receiving.

  2. When you recover from a cold, are you grateful that you can breathe again? (5:00)
  3. Do you acknowledge the friends and family you are thankful for? (9:00)
  4. Do you perceive obstacles as growth opportunities? (10:00)
  5. What is your gateway to gratitude? (12:00)
  6. If you think of life as a book, are you happy with the chapters you have lived? (16:00)
