Staying Uncomfortable

Continuing to grow everyday can be a difficult task. However, by looking at specific areas in your life that you want to grow and focusing your energy on one area, this task can be much easier. The world is constantly changing, and not adapting to the times can be detrimental. Continue to better yourself by always learning and growing, as it is far too easy to far behind if you are not developing at all times. Divide the daunting task of always growing into three areas of your life: your relationships, your business, and your health, and you will succeed.

Separating work from play may not seem like that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, but when you dive into it, not being 100% focused on your work can prevent you from maximizing your time. In this week’s episode, we discuss how to prevent yourself from multitasking. We also discuss making sure that you stay focused on your work while still allowing time to relax.

Multitasking while working adds a roughly 33% increase in the amount of time it takes you to do something, work or not. Make sure to separate work and play and try not to mix the two, otherwise you may seem unmotivated to your coworkers or bosses and you will be losing valuable time for work and other activities. Stay focused at work, but remember to allow yourself time for relaxation afterward!
