Delight is our birthright. Yet right now, many of us aren't feeling that sacred hum of aliveness flowing freely within us and through us on a daily basis. This episode is all about how to be delighted again. Get your journal out because I'm sharing several soulful journaling prompts to help you envision and embody delight again.
