What does it take to build towards a real diverse and inclusive environment?

I was able to connect with Love Odih Kumuyi (https://www.linkedin.com/in/loveodihkumuyi/), with her previous work with conflict mediation and Diversity & Inclusion work in higher education. She has now formed her own consulting firm to support underrepresented groups called Unsiloed (https://www.unsiloed.org/). We discuss the rise in popularity of D&I in workplace, unconscious bias, discrimination in hiring, and how this has lead Love to utilizing conflict resolution to bring the human aspect back into inclusivity.
