Emotional eating is one of the most common eating habits our clients tell us they want to stop. Often many people eat emotionally without even realising they're doing it! Eating emotionally isn't just eating when you're sad. It's eating when you're bored, tired, stressed, annoyed, or even when you're excited! Unfortunately, if weight loss is your goal then it's essential to get on top of this eating habit.  

In this episode we're discussing what emotional eating is, why it's so common, and how it might be sabotaging your weight loss efforts. We also give you some solid tips to start reducing your emotional eating habit right away, if that's something you want to do.
