Sanyika Calloway is a Life Coach and Certified Yoga Instructor, who teaches yoga for every body for every type of body.  She’s a former entrepreneur, media spokesperson, business, marketing, and TV publicity consultant, and the author of three books.  To say Sanyika is a renaissance woman would be an understatement. 

Sanyika is only the third woman to ever appear on the Real Men Connect Podcast, but she’s the first (single) woman to make an appearance, I’m hoping this isn’t her last.
