Easy buttermilk biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour)

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon sugar

¾ teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup very cold buttermilk

8 tablespoons warm, melted, salted butter (plus additional 2 tablespoons melted for brushing)

cooking spray
