Chef Anthony Felan is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco where he began his journey in the culinary world. Anthony and his wife, Amanda, are the owners of Fat Calf Brasserie and 2nd Act Supper Club, both located in the historic Highland Neighborhood in Shreveport, Louisiana.
